EXAMPLES OF BUILT PLANTS
Solid sulphur handling system
Engineering and supply of a Solid sulphur transfer system package. The plant is part of the RAPID Project located in Malaysia. The order covers the provision of belt conveyors, the complete engineering of six silos with relevant supporting structures, the equipment for truck loading and the plant automation system.
Solid sulphur truck loading system and emergency line
Supply of a sulphur pastilles handling system. It includes four belt conveyors and two diverter gates, a shuttle conveyor for truck loading and an emergency line, that bypasses the main plant. The system is according to the ATEX Directive.
Handling System with conveyors and elevators – Sulphur pastilles – Italy
Belt conveyors and bucket elevators system for handling and storing sulphur into an existing storage building. Product is collected from pastilletor units.
It operates under ATEX standard (to avoid dust explosion risk).
Powder raw materials Handling System – Italy
Turnkey contract of a Powder Raw Material Handling System inside a Chemical Industry.
It is a completely automated plant, that replaces an existing manual system.
It consists of a big bag openers, belt conveyors, screw conveyors, diverter and sliding gates.
Conveyed materials: mortar, sodium sulphate, destrine, cornunghia (derived from cow claw).
Services on Urea Handling System – Bahrain
Conveyors system for reception, stockpiling, reclaiming and shiploading.
The plant consists of n. 16 belt conveyors, diverter gates, n.1 tripper, n. 1 portal scraper reclaimer.
Conveyors capacity: 180 t/h for stacking, 1000 t/h for shiploading.
