SCRAPER RECLAIMERS & STACKERS
The scraper reclaimers are employed to reclaim the material from a stockpile.
We have experience in engineering and manufacture of different type of Scraper Reclaimer.
It consists of a portal structure travelling on bogies along a longitudinal stockpile.
Two booms jointed to the portal and suspended by means of hoist devices follow the variation of transversal section of the pile during the reclaiming stage.
The shovels fixed on the chains rotating on the scraper booms push the material on the reclaiming conveyor, that runs parallel to the stockpile.
The capacity of the machine is due to the combination of cutting depth of the shovel and the travelling speed on the rail track.

SEMI-PORTAL SCRAPER RECLAIMER The semi-portal scraper reclaimer consists of a semi-portal structure travelling on bogies along a longitudinal stockpile. One boom jointed to the portal and suspended by means of hoist device follows the variation of transversal section of the pile during the reclaiming stage. The shovels fixed on the chains rotating on the scraper boom discharge the material on the reclaiming conveyor, placed at one side of the stockpile. |

CANTILEVER SCRAPER RECLAIMER The cantilever scraper reclaimer consists of a structure travelling on wheels at one side of a longitudinal stockpile. One boom jointed to the structure and suspended by means of hoist device follows the variation of transversal section of the pile during the reclaiming stage. BRIDGE SCRAPER RECLAIMER The bridge scraper reclaimer is set in front of the pile end. It consists of a structure travelling on wheels with one or two harrows and a scraper chain with shovels. The material moved by the harrow flows down the slope of the pile. The shovels fixed on the chain at the bottom of the stockpile push the material on the reclaiming conveyor, that runs parallel to the stockpile. STACKERS Stackers are employed to built a pile of material inside a storage or in a stockyard. Stacker on rails equipped with a travelling wheels in storages of longitudinal shape; boom with conveyor with a luffing or luffing and slewing mechanism: the product feeding to the stacker is provided by a trailer carrier. Rotating stacker with one side hinged on a slewing ring and travelling on circular rail. |
